This week Mr Rose came in to speak to us about the stomach, liver and healthy eating. And we made lungs out of two balloons, a cup, two straws and blue tack. It was fun to make.

Maths – Squares
Hey I am Libby. I am going to tell you about my maths group our name is the Squares (as you see up there). So lets begin! We do multpication and adding things like 938 + 590=……

Maths – circles and triangles
In Maths this week we have been doing rounding and compensating and equal adjustments. The maths what we do is fun but educational. Sunni enjoys doing sums on the whiteboards with the teacher. Vaila like when she gets to do chimney sums. Charlie and Robbie like doing equal adjustments.

This week the Marvellous Mathematician is going to be
JOSH!
Miss Mainland chose Josh this week because he has been so enthuiastic in all of his teaching sessions in his group. He always tries his best and is becoming an addition and subtraction wizard!
Matilda
This is an update on Matilda.
We have been introduced to new characters.
One is called Miss Honey and the other is called Miss Trunchbull.
Here they are.
There is a chapter called “the platinum blonde man” where mr wormwood uses his wifes hair tonic and his hair becomes platinum blonde.

The Senses

There were 5 stations all including senses touch, hear, smell, taste and see everyone enjoyed it and it was fun .
My favourite station was taste because we got to taste chocolate.
In the activities we had to find out what things we were touching ,tasting, smelling, seeing and hearing.
That was my rundown of the senses I hope you enjoyed it.
Sound School Clubs
Us, sound school, have so many different types of after school clubs!
There is a Pokemon club that Charlie has done, and there is also a football club, netball club and a hockey club. I go to poky club and it is so fun I really like it it is so fun agen I dont really like netball but there is a lot of girls that go to it there is no body how go to football club
Classmate of the week
