Lewie’s presentation was all about Shetland birds. Lewie made a fantastic poster for his presentation. He wrote the Shetland names for the birds very neatly. Lewie presented his poster to the class confidently, well done Lewie on a super presentation! 🙂

On Thursday I did a presentation on my Grandad and about his life. Our learning intention was to vary the pace and tone of your voice some of the class gave me a thumbs up for achieving my learning intention, I took it as a compliment.

My poster was about old Shetland boats my favourite fishing boat was a sixareen because it can catch a lot of fish and the fourareen is a foar oared boat I like it so much because it is so fast. I felt confident. I chose old Shetland boats because I like boats and I knows lots of facts about them.

I did a presentation on Foula to show the class on Thursday last week. It was very good fun telling everyone about Foula. I chose to do my Shetland presentation on Foula because my sheep Margie came from Foula and she is nearly 17.

On Thursday I did a presentation on the history of Shetland fishing. My learning intention was to vary the pace and tone of my voice. I did very well, I enjoyed doing it. It was very fun telling everyone about the history of fishing in Shetland.

For my presentation I did all about crofting. I liked it because I did some eye contact when I did my presentation. Most people gave me a thumbs up for good eye contact.
