This week was fondant icing week! We had to cover a cake in fondant icing which was quite tricky. We had to roll out the icing to the correct thickness then lift it onto the cake without ripping it! We then had to smooth the icing over the cake and cut away the extra bits of icing. Once our cakes were iced we made some decorations to put on top. It was great to have some pupils from Urafirth School join us for cake club. 🙂

  1. You’ve all been working hard, and kept your work really neat. I hope you enjoyed making them as much as I enjoyed scoffing Thomas’s one!
