On Wednesday me and Kay went to Unst to play netball. We had to put on a navy blue skirt and a yellow bib, then we had to go on the court and play follow the leader then we played bibs and no bibs. Bibs and no bibs is a game when you sort your selves into a circle which has a bib then a no bib a bib then a no bib etc, then you start one ball on a no bib and the other on a bib then you have to pass the no bib ball around the no bibs and the bib ball around all of the bibs and then you have to try to over take the other teams ball. Once we had done warm ups we had to start playing netball we got a lot of points and won 10-nil.

Me and Lucy went to play netball in Unst on Wednesday. Before, Lucy, the other girls and I watched yell secondary and unst secondary play netball. Yell secondary lost at netball. We also watched the Primary football match. Yell won. When it was our turn at Netball, the Yell and Unst secondary ones were playing football. Yell secondary football won and so did Yell primary Netball!
We had our lunch after the game outside since it was a nice day. On the way home on the bus there was loads of Shetland ponies and there foals on the road! They were so cute. We didn’t get on the ferry because it was full up so we had to wait 15 Min’s at the ferry terminal.
We had to go home on the Midyell school bus so we had to have a few lessons at Midyell School. We played on Mario Kart and drew pictures. We came home and went to Bradley’s party!

On Thursday Brydon went to the Anderson High School to take part in the Shetland Student Advisory Group. We arrived at the Anderson in Lerwick and went inside. We went to an office and met Lewie who took us up to a geogrophy room to meet some of the other people that are part of the group. We were going to play a game to know each other but then we didn’t because everyone was talking about mouldy things! We started by writing what we liked about our area and what we would change about our area. Our group put “good community” for our good things and “When a dog poops you MUST pick it up”. We finished that and went to the cafiteria for piece, And I got crisps! We finished piece and got to go to the WOW room. We went into the WOW room and grabbed a seat. Mr. Hay gave everyone a I pad and Miss Breyley got one. We got to explore the I pad then we chose a subject in the change column and make a film about it. There was a long chat and we settled on body image. We used the note features on the Ipad to write down what we found out on the Internet. After we had got a piece of information we had to start thinking about how the film should go. In rough the story is, A girl who likes a celebrity keeps trying to copy the celebrity by wearing the same clothes and eventually body shape. She gets anorexia then when trying clothes on in a changing room she faints.

We went on the Swan which is a boat but before we went onboard the boat we had to put on our lifejackets . it was cool because we got to go down stairs. Down stairs we went in the bunks and got our photos taken in the bunks and then we came out of the bunks for juce and biscuits and then Bradley went in the bunk behind me and pretended to sleep and I closed the curtains and said ” Where’s Bradley” and we all laughed and then Bradley came out and we all went upstairs and we hoisted up the sail, the sail was red/brown. We all got to steer the boat.

On Friday me, the big ones and Jennifer went on the Swan. The Swan is a sailing boat with red/brown sails. Mum and my dog came to wave me off. Me and the big ones bounced on the bous. It was quite windy so we got to pull the big sail and the small sail up.
It was really heavy too. I enjoyed the swan trip luckilyit didn’t rain! We all got to have a go at stearing the boat. I got to drive back the boat to Burravoe.
