Mental Health First Aiders
Scottish Borders Council are keen to continue to build a larger team of Mental Health First Aiders for Staff. Currently we have at least 2 within each education cluster but are keen to develop this further.
The current Mental Health First Aiders need to have undertaken training within the past 3 years. If this is not the case, then it needs to be undertaken again.
If interested in becoming a Mental Health First Aider, contact your line manager to discuss further, as the training requires 2 days, then contact the CLPL team who can look into availability.
