Bonfire Safety

                       ‘Remember, remember the fifth of November,                                                                     Gunpowder, treason and plot.                                                                                                 We see no reason                                                                                                      Why gunpowder and treason                                               Should ever be forgot!’

Bonfire Night is always an exciting event for children but how do you remember, remember to stay safe through all the celebrations?

Check out the safety advice below from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service to make sure it’s just the fireworks that go off with a bang.

Parent and Family Association

parent council

The Parent and Family Association is a group of parents selected by the Parent Forum to represent all the parents of children at our school. Members of St. Anne’s Parent and Family Association are:

Chairperson (joint holders) – Mrs Duffy & Mrs Wright
Treasurer                                       – Mrs Barton                                                              Secretary                                       – TBC

 Parent Forum.

Every parent who has a child at our school is a member of the Parent Forum.  As a member of the Parent Forum, each parent can expect to:

  • receive information about the school and its activities;
  • hear more in the future about what partnership with parents means in our school;
  • be invited to be involved in ways and times that suit you;
  • participate in deciding how the parent representative body, the Parent Council, is organised and how it operates;
  • identify issues you want the Parent Council to work on with the school;
  • be asked your opinion by the Parent Council on issues relating to the school and the education it provides;
  • work in partnership with staff and
  • enjoy taking part in the life of the school in whatever way you can.

We thank all of our parents for the support and dedication they offer to our school community.
