In session 2023-24, REPS will offer whole establishment training on attendance and EBSA as part of the Renfrewshire’s Nurturing Relationships Approach (RNRA) pathway, where this need has been identified through establishment improvement plans.
The EBSA implementation will align with the current structures which support the development and embedding of sustainable nurturing relationships approaches in Renfrewshire establishments. This includes the RNRA accreditation pathway, which establishments can apply for using evidence of their work in relation to EBSA, planned and implemented through core groups supported by EPs and reflected in the RNRA action plan format.
