Please see below a reminder of our current communication channels which took effect from May 2024.

Communication from School

Communication from HT & School Secretary – via J2E messaging, email or telephone

Communication from Class Teachers – via J2E messaging/ J2E Journal

Communication about Minor First Aid – via J2E messaging/ J2E Journal

Communication about First Aid (Major or Head Injury) – via Telephone, then via J2E messaging/ J2E Journal

To access messages from Staff:

Open the J2E Parent Portal App
Select a child profile you wish to view
Click on the speech bubbles in the top right corner of the page (when you have received a message a small number 1 appear in the speech bubble to show you have a message)
The name of the member of staff you have received a message from will be highlighted and a small number 1 in a green circle will appear next to their name.
Click on the highlighted name to open the message.
You will also receive an email to alert you when you have been sent a message from school.

Homework

Homework will now only be shared via J2E from Friday 3rd May 2024. Please submit all homework to J2E.
