Welcome to our new Pupils Action Group who will help drive rights and change within the school and our surrounding community.

Included – Article 15; Children have the right to meet together and to join groups and organisations.

Today the Junior Road Safety Officers  went to the JRSO induction day. They attended three workshops to help them with presentation skills, to learn Road Safety games and they had a talk and demonstration from Amey. It was very interesting.

Pupils from all stages of the school enjoyed 6 weeks of menu tasting for our new winter menu. Giving feedback on what they liked, what they enjoyed and how it could be made better. Yum!

Included – Article 24: You have the right to the best health care possible, safe water to drink, nutritious food, a clean and safe environment, and information to help you stay well.

Children discussed they types of equipment and games they would like to have in the playground. Thinking about equipment that can be shared and used by lots of pupils in the school.

Responsible – Article 12: You have the right to give your opinion, and for adults to listen and take it seriously.
