Primary 7 room 18 were working on a candy land story writing using descriptive language to describe what they hear see smell and characters ect. Willy WONKA and Charlie bucket. They used phrases like I heard the chocolate waterfall flowing gracefully.

The choir are performing on the 7th of June for the summer concert. Tickets will be on sale soon for £2.00. The show starts at 7.00 pm . They will also be making an appearance at the PTA Summer funday on Saturday the 18th of June.

The P5 Boys and girls were learning about Angles and they had to turn a degree which they found hard but they eventually found it out! I Hope they get on ok on it.

The primary ones had a brilliant time today at purposeful play. They played all sorts like dressing up, role play and drawing.

Nursery Fundraising
After consultation with parents/carers it was suggested that we could hold a coffee morning/afternoon to help raise funds for the nursery.
The coffee morning/afternoon will take place on Friday the 13th of May. All parents/carers are welcome to come along and join in.
The children have been busy making crafts on our enterprise Fridays to sell on this day.
Home baking and tea/coffee will be available and the opportunity to chat with other parents.
We appreciate your support and any donations for the raffles will be appreciated.

The nursery staff would like to thank all parents and children who participated in our nursery scavenger hunt. All donations are very much appreciated and will help pay towards our nursery trip.
If anyone is still completing their hunt if you can hand in any donations as soon as possible please.
We have planned the nursery trip for Wednesday the 1st of June to Almond Valley.
Hope to see everyone there.
