Our Primary 7 children have been allocated a 4 day (3 night) residential stay at Kilbowie Outdoor Centre in Oban from Monday the 15th of April – Thursday the 18th of April 2019. The cost per child is £100. Children in receipt of a free meal/clothing grant at St. Timothy’s pay £35.50 for the stay.

We will begin a payment system in January. Children will be given a payment card and can bring money in to pay towards the trip. The full amount should be paid by Friday the 29th of March.

There will be a meeting for parents about the trip in the school at 6:30pm on Tuesday 5th March 2019.

Each year Pr 7 pupils have the opportunity to attend Kilbowie Outdoor Centre for a week-long experience of a lifetime. Pupils will learn life skills and participate in various activities whilst enjoying time away from home with their classmates.

Kilbowie can be found on the shores of the Sound of Kerrera to the South of Oban, which is ideally situated for outdoor activities.

Kilbowie offers pupils a chance to experience a range of activities such as abseiling, climbing, watersports, skiing and gorge walking.
