This year’s first meeting of St. Patrick’s Children’s Council took place this afternoon. A new council from P7 and new delegates from each class were welcomed. The council discussed things they are enjoying in school and also some things that concerned them. Together they discussed the likes and concerns and listened to everyone’s opinions. The meeting was a great success.

We were really excited to be back at Taylor this week after missing a week when we were at Kilbowie. We moved into our new subjects and loved Science, BCT, English and Home Economics. We are looking forward to our parents visiting us next week.

Primary 4 have been sorting living things into different groups. We have been learning about vertebrates and invertebrates. We really enjoyed making our silhouette paintings as well as using Pointillism to complete our animal art work. We hope you like them. 🙂

Primary 4 have been learning about Place Value and Money using a variety of active games. They have also been using their passwords to log into Sumdog, Skoolbo and Study Ladder to help reinforce the taught material. Great co-operative learning Primary 4. 🙂
