P4 Halloween Fun

Primary 4 enjoyed dressing up and participating in the Halloween fun at school last week. We showed off our costumes and helped carve a pumpkin! We had a spook-tacular time. 🙂

School Crossing Patrol Service

Due to up and coming absences within the New Stevenson area the School Crossing Patrol Service has asked me to advise parents of an alternative route which should be considered to maximise the crossing facilities that will be available from Monday 12th November.

Jesus The Teacher

A small group of P6 and P7 pupils visited Motherwell Cathedral today where pupils from Taylor High produced a tour in honour of celebrating 100 years in Catholic education.

Our pupils learned lots about the different areas of the chapel and what certain statues represented such as St Anthony.

Christmas Fair

Parent Fundraising group are organising a Christmas Fair on Tuesday 4th December from 3:00pm – 5:00pm in the school gym hall.

Donations for tombola, raffles etc can be handed in to the school office. They are also looking for donations of home baking on the day.

If you wish to help on the day contact any member of the Fundraising group or school office staff.

Remember remember!

P1 have been learning all about how to keep safe around bonfires and fireworks. We then got to create our own firework paintings using some interesting tools! Enjoy bonfire night and be safe everyone!

Fire Service Visit P1!

Primary 1 had a surprise visit from our local fire brigade today to finish off our ‘people who help us’ topic. We also learned lots about keeping safe during bonfire night and got to sit in the fire engine and use the hose!
