Primaries 4 and 5 have been introduced to Spanish greetings and numbers.

Primaries 6 and 7 have been reinforcing learning by finding out about each other and asking and answering questions in Spanish.

Next week primary 3 will also be introduced to Spanish.

The children are all enjoying these sessions.

Catholic Education Week

Primary 7 children helped to launch Catholic Education Week at the whole school assembly this morning. Next week the children will be learning to be merciful.

Pope Francis asks us to always say ‘excuse me’, ‘thank you’ and ‘I am sorry.”

During next week the children are going to try to put the pope’s words into practice.

The children will learn to be merciful by using these phrases:

excuse me

thank you

& I am sorry.
