P3/4 Week Beginning 4th May 2020

Hello P3/4 😊

Thank you so much for the wonderful messages you left for me on the blog last week, it was so thoughtful and kind of you.

I have posted some new activities for you all in the School Closure section above. Remember that you don’t have to complete them all. I have also updated Sumdog creating numeracy, reading and grammar tasks for you to complete.

Please check out the Oxford Owl website that I know many of the teachers have found interesting. It allows you to read books online and also hear books being read to you too. Some books provide tasks for you to complete online once you have read the book. I have included the password for P3/4 to access their class account in the School Closure section above. Have fun using the password to explore this website and marvel at the range of ebooks provided. 👍📚

Your messages last week made me so happy! I look forward to hearing from you all this week.

I am missing you all and hope to see you all soon. Take care for now.

Miss Park 😃

Hello Primary 1

I am really enjoying seeing your work. Fionn did a beautiful fact sheet on Our Lady which would look lovely on the class May Altar.  Christopher has been having fun with his sounds that he has put up on his wall and Harry has been planting seeds and making a den!
I have posted some activities in the school closure work section which include two Oxford Owl ebooks  for you to read.

Primary 2/3 04.05.20

Hello boys and girls welcome to a new week!

The good news is this is a short week as Friday is the Bank Holiday for VE day and next Monday would have been an inset day for the teachers so try hard to do what you can over the next 4 days and then you have 4 days off!

I have posted your tasks in the school closure section so let me know how you get on any class is welcome to take a look.

This is the month of May so don’t forget to say Our Lady’s prayer and maybe try and say the Rosary with your family. You can join in online with other Church sites too or try this link:

Remember we are missing you all as much as we know you are missing your friends and we are praying for the day we will all be together again!

God Bless,

Mrs Slavinx

Sumdog Challenges

I have set a new challenge for number and spelling.

I’ve been really impressed with the work you are doing on Sumdog and Studyladder.

Let me know if you are having any trouble with the sites and I’ll see what I can do to help.
