The fundraising group will have a short meeting on Wednesday 5th September at 6:00pm to plan the year ahead.
Expectations:
- A disco or movie night is organised each term (4 over the school year)
- A Christmas Fair
- Family fun night
These events bring in much needed funds to the school. They significantly reduce the cost excursions £5.00 reduction for pantomime and school trip.
They also enable the school to purchase interactive materials which enhance learning experiences.
The fundraising group urgently need new members. Without your help these events will not happen.
Useful skills –
- write letters and prepare fliers
- count money and maintain records
- organise and book DJ for discos
- purchase and organise stock for tuck
