Primary 5/4 Mini Egg Investigators
Primary 5/4 had a busy morning solving problems all about Mini Eggs. They were investigating if all packets contained the same amount of eggs and had the same colours. They were working together to estimate and count, sort and classify, add and subtract and record information using a tally chart and bar graph. They all worked well together and had a fun morning carrying out the investigation.
Ancient Farming Tools
We have had lots of fun learning about Ancient Scotland. Yesterday we worked in small groups to complete different design challenges. We were challenged to design tools that the ancient Scottish farmers may have used. We were only allowed to use materials that would have been available between 3000-2000BC. Here are some pictures of us working on our challenge and presenting our finished tool designs.
