Eco-School awards is a Europe wide project designed to encourage whole-school action for the environment. It is a recognised award scheme rewarding and accrediting schools that have made a commitment to continuously improving environmental performance.

There are three levels of award: Bronze, Silver and the most top award which is the prestigious Green Flag.

We are proud to be an Eco School and have been awarded the prestigious Green Flag Award. Our Eco Committee strives to improve and protect the environment in both our school and local community. We have a dedicated team of litter pickers, eco monitors and a gardening team. We join our partner schools on litter picking expeditions in our local area. We work with outside agencies and partner schools to maintain our school gardens and local green spaces.
