As part of our Active Literacy Programme we are using magnetic boards and letters to support the teaching of spelling and phonics. The magnetic boards and letters are available to buy to support learning at home. Please see the costs below:

• P1 Magnetic Boards with letters (£14) includes lower case letters, capital letters and 13 phonemes:

        ai, ch, ck, ee, ng, oa, oo, oy, ph, qu, sh, th, wh.

• P2/3 Magnetic Boards with letters (£15) includes lower case letters, capital letters and 40 phonemes:

        ai, au, aw, ay, ch, ck, dge, ea, ee, ew, ff, ey, gn, ie, igh, kn, ll, mb, ng, oa, oe, oi, oo, ou, ough, ow, oy, ph, qu, se, sh, ss, tch, th, ti, ue, ve, wa, wh, wr.

• P1 Replacement Magnetic Letters (£9)

 

If you would like to buy a magnetic board or letters, please return the letter and money to the school by Friday 24^h February 2017.
