This week in Primary three we have been working on our Gymnastics skills. We are learning how to balance, jump and travel.

 

Lucy from Google Expedition visited the school and we loved trying the Virtual Reality headsets. We traveled to the Great Barrier Reef and also to Egypt by putting on the headsets. It was amazing!

Our class topic is Scotland and this week we have been learning all about Alexander Fleming who discovered penicillin. We enjoyed working in pairs to order the events of his life and then we wrote a summary about his life independently.

We also got a visit from Clare the  Kodaly Music teacher. We had a fun time playing some musical games and learning all about beats and rests.
