Good Morning Primary 5 and 6,
How are you feeling today? Why don’t you try a relaxation activity today? It could be listening to your favourite music, reading a book, going for a walk and listening to the rain or nature around you, or completing some mindfulness colouring or mindfulness breathing activities that can be found online. I have attached some mindfulness colouring sheets if you need some.
