The boys and girls are settling in well to their new classroom environment. They are quickly getting used to the classroom routines and are becoming more confident each day. The Primary 7 buddies have played a huge part in helping the Primary 1 boys and girls settle in well. Thank you Primary 7.

This week in Primary 1 we learned two new letters ‘p’ and ‘n’. We practised writing these letters, learned a song about the letters and thought of different words that had the letters ‘p’ and ‘n’ in them.

Over the last few weeks within Numeracy, the children have been matching and sorting lots of different objects as well as practising their patterns. I have been so impressed with the children’s pattern work!
