Well done to this weeks award winners. Room 9 and 15 share the Best Line Award this week. Well done everyone !
Mrs Elliott’s Assembly Stars
Well done to the P1 and P2 pupils who were rewarded for excellent attitude and behaviour at Assembly today. Room 1 were presented with the Best Line Award and Room 3 were Best Class at Assembly. We also got to celebrate the achievements of some pupils in Dance, Football and Judo. Well done everyone!
Kilbowie Day 2
Another busy day at Kilbowie and it looks like the weather is fantastic. Looks like everyone is having a great time and getting to try lots of new experiences. We can’t wait to hear all about it.
Primary 3 Visit Coatbridge Library
As they begin writing their own novels in preparation for World Book Day, Rooms 10 & 11 today visited Coatbridge Library. They enjoyed a storytelling session; became acquainted with how libraries organise their books; participated in a classification activity; and explored the titles on offer. They enjoyed the unexpected good weather while waking to and fro the library and were a credit to the school and their families throughout the morning.

The staff team have contacted to confirm the children have arrived safe and sound at Kilbowie and have carried out fire drills and are now becoming acquainted with their new surroundings. Here is a wee snap just in case you are missing them.
Wider Achievement
This young lady received accreditation for her accordion playing at the weekend. We love hearing about wider achievement here at St Augustine’s. Well done!
