Move Up Afternoon
This afternoon our pupils were involved in the Move Up Afternoon as part of our enhanced transition for August. Important Information – Breakfast Club
Please note that a new breakfast club will commence when we return in August. The first day of the breakfast club will be Monday 20th August and will commence 8.15 – 8.45am each day.

Primary 7 Leavers Mass and Awards Ceremony
Huge thank you to family and friends who came to our Leavers mass and awards ceremony this afternoon. Our primary 7 children have a wonderful support network and I’m sure you are very proud of all they have achieved.
Well done boys and girls you fully deserved your awards. We wish you the very best as you move onto the next chapter of your education.
End of Term Whole School Assembly
The whole school gathered today to celebrate a busy final term in St Augustine’s.
We celebrated our many successes and enjoyed hearing all about our wonderful achievements throughout a busy year. Awards were given for Pope Francis Faith Award, Scottish Engineering Awards and attendance. Well done to all award winners.
A cheque was presented to St Andrews Hospice for our recent fund raising – thank you very much for supporting our charitable events throughout the year.
To finish off our assembly we enjoyed watching the P7 Leavers dvd. What a talented bunch we have. We will miss you P7.

Lunchtime Beach Party
We are delighted that the weather forecast for our last week at school is a good one – warm sunshine all week!!
On Tuesday at lunchtime we will have a beach party. Children are asked to come to school wearing shorts and T-shirts and can bring along a beach towel to lie on the grass. As this is a non-uniform day we kindly ask for £1.00 to assist with school funds.
Pr. 7 Leavers Mass and Awards Ceremony
Parents and grandparents of our Pr.7 pupils are invited to join us for the Leavers Mass on Monday . The Mass starts at 1.30pm in the school hall.
Pr. 7 Leavers Night
We hope you have enjoyed the picture gallery that recorded the wonderful evening enjoyed by all our Pr. 7 pupils. A huge thank you to our PTA who funded this event for everyone to enjoy. A huge thanks also the Pr.7 parents who worked together to prepare everything for the evening. It was definitely worth all the effort. Our Pr. 7 pupils were entertained in the early part of the evening with a DVD that captured the personalities of all our wonderful children. It will be a fabulous keepsake of their time here at St.Augustine’s.
