IT’S SPORTS WEEK THIS WEEK! We are getting ready for our official Sports Day on Monday 22 June! Attached is a grid of activities you can do throughout the week to get active and fit! Here’s some information that was on Twitter yesterday:

If you are not sure what house you are in:

Avon- if your last name begins with A-G

Calder- if your last name begins with H-Mc

Clyde- if your last name begins with Me-Z

Good morning everyone,

I can’t believe we are only 3 weeks left of school! Normally we would be having lots of games of rounders and getting ready for Sports Day. Speaking of Sports Day… Next week we will be having a Virtual Sports Week! Below is a schedule of events that you can do at home with your family! More information will come in next week’s post.

Below are your weekly activities. If you have any questions, please contact me on Teams or by email.

This week, teachers are returning to Ladywell to start preparing for the return of pupils. It will be very strange to go into work and not hear the Breakfast Club busy in the morning and see no children lining up to come into their classroom. I will be in Ladywell on Thursday and Friday (we are taking turns to be in the building to stay safe). During those days, I will not be engaging on Teams.

This week’s virtual classes are as follows:

Virtual recess: Tuesday at 11am

Virtual classroom (Literacy): Wednesday at 11am

Ladywell Sports Week

As today is an Inset Day, there will be no classwork assigned today by me. Tomorrow I will post this week’s classwork on the Blog and Teams App. We will also be shifting our SumDog event to Wednesday and Virtual Classroom to Friday. More information will follow in tomorrow posts.
