During the British Nutrition Foundation Healthy Eating Week 2017 3 of the 5 challenges were to drink plenty, eat 5 a day and try something new. In P5/6/7 LCSC we thought we could take on all these challenges in one activity! We had some new fruits we had never tried before and tasted each of them. We then chopped up the remaining fruit and added them to jugs of water to flavour the water. Our favourite fruit was the peach. We found the nectarines quite sour. When we added the fruits to the water it took a while for the fruit flavour to infuse.
