On Monday morning at assembly senior pupils from the Health Pupil Voice group, along with Mrs Black, shared the aims and challenges of the British Nutrition Foundation Healthy Eating Week. This week the pupils and staff of Orchard will try to:
- Have a healthy breakfast
- Have 5 a day
- Drink plenty
- Get active
- Try something new
We have lots planned for the week including a smoothie bar, Taekwondo, Athletics, cooking, fruit tasting, PE time trial challenges and of course, our sports Day!
We are all very much looking forward to working on these challenges during the week and helping our selves and our family and friends to lead a healthier lifestyle.
