Eco Pupil Voice

Today all of our pupil voice groups met again to start taking forward their second session of learning this year.

The Eco pupil voice group are going to be involved in a project about trees that is being run by the BBC. It’s called terrific scientific and requires us to measure the trees around the school to help us understand the impact of the carbon value of the trees around our school.

Today we wrote what we know about trees and sealed our 5 answers in an envelope (Mrs Bowden is hoping we will know lots more once our experiment is finished.)

We watched a video about how to complete the experiment and then went for a walk in the sunshine to find, and mark the trees we will use. We are looking forward to measuring the circumference and height of our trees next week.
