What a fantastic Pancake Day we’ve had in P5/6/7LCSC today. We learned about the purpose of Pancake Day and how it is celebrated around the world – did you know in America it is called Mardi Gras which actually means Fat Tuesday!

We tasted a few varieties of pancake,we didn’t know there were so many different kinds, and we had some tasty toppings for them too.
