Primary 4/5 and Primary 5/6/7 LCSC enjoyed taking part in our very first service at Orchard Primary. Our whole school came together to celebrate Harvest. Primary 5/6/7 have been learning about harvest in class and know that the Harvest Festival is a celebration of the food grown on the land and we give thanks for all we have and share what we have with others. We also looked at how Harvest Festivals are celebrated around the world.

This afternoon after assembly we used some harvested ingredients to make a healthy snack. We made wraps, salads and fruits salads. We loved choosing our favourite foods to make our snack and we also had a go at trying something we hadn’t had before.
