Sunday Song

During lockdown, song songwriter Tanita Tikaram is posting an acoustic song every Sunday

in case you are forgetting what day of the week it is.

This Sunday, Tanita was joined by illustrator, James Mayhew, who interpreted the music while Tanita played. Have a watch (and listen).

Take part in a World Record!

Would you like to help illustrator and author Rob Biddulph break the World Record for the largest ever online art lesson?

On 21st May, Rob will teach the world a 30 minute art lesson where we learn to draw a much loved character.

To beat the Guinness World Records title for largest online art lesson at least 10,000 people need to tune in to draw with Rob for a full 30 minutes on 21st May at 4PM.

Please be aware there is also a fund-raising element to this event, to raise funds to fight COVID-19.

James Mayhew #StoryTime4HomeTime

This is a brilliant opportunity to see a fantastic artist and storyteller.

Everyone loves good storytelling, and James Mayhew is a wonderful storyteller and artist (with a lovely collection of ponchos).

James is posting a series of stories on YouTube under the tag  #StoryTime4HomeTime . Sometimes James draws the story as he tells it – come see the amazing upside-down drawing man! – and sometimes he uses stories that he’s written and illustrated himself.

Each post is about 10-15 minutes long and should be suitable for everyone who appreciates a story, but might be especially useful for wee ones.
