Primary 6 participate in first round of K’nex challenge

All of Cathedral’s Primary 6 learners took part in the first round of the OLHS cluster K’nex challenge on Thursday 20th March. The children worked in pairs to design a new Forth Road Bridge which would allow cars to cross and ships to pass under. Our learners had no guide or instructions to follow so had to collaborate, problem solve and tap into their creativity and engineering skills. There were numerous impressive bridges on the day and the winning duo, which will be announced next week, will participate in the cluster final in St Bernadette’s Primary School on Tuesday 25th March.
