Health & Wellbeing for Tuesday

There are two elements to the health & wellbeing today. One of which will continue for the rest of the week.

  1. Be The Pond -this is the next installment of our mindfulness work.
  2. This coming weekend sees the launch of the Big Garden Birdwatch. As mentioned during the online assembly yesterday, spending time with nature has many benefits for our wellbeing. I’ve attached the link below with information about how to take part and the second link is a fun quiz to discover what type of garden bird you are.

Word of the Day

Happy Monday P7! The word to register for online learning today is ‘shoogle’. What do you think this word means? Do you have a favourite Scots word?

Here’s a reminder that there will be an online assembly from Mr McCloskey this morning at 11am on Teams.

Finally, here’s a date for your calendar, something to pencil in for this Friday.
