We understand that with Covid-19 restrictions in place tensions and stresses can run high, particularly when it involves your child this can be heightened. However, all of our staff are committed to doing the best for your child and ensuring their health and wellbeing. We are fallible and we do make mistakes like everyone else, but we are professionals and we strive to learn from mistakes. Therefore, your feedback is vital.

Nevertheless, our staff are entitled to feel safe in their workplace from any type of abuse. So, stop and think before you telephone, write or email as any type of verbal, physical or aggressive, offensive, intimidating or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and if appropriate will be referred to the Police for prosecution.

We have the right to refuse to speak to any parent/carer who threatens the safety of our staff, pupils and other families and will take further action.

This applies to parents/carers who are aggressive, intimidating or offensive to other parents/carers on school grounds. All school issues should be discussed with the class teacher and we ask that you provide the school with an opportunity to deal with these, do not take action into your own hands as this does not set a good example to our children.
