1) In the first instance, you should always contact your child’s class teacher or nursery key worker by calling the school office or emailing enquiries-at-mossend@northlan.org.uk .  Replies may be by telephone or email and you should allow 2 working days. No replies should be expected before 9am, after 5pm or at the weekends/holidays.  Please do not discuss in the playground when the class teacher is trying to safely dismiss children.

2) After speaking with the class teacher, if you wish to speak to someone in the senior leadership team then either call  the school office or email enquiries-at-mossend@northlan.org.uk  to make an appointment to discuss. Please allow 3 working days for a response, which may be by telephone or email.  No response should be expected before 9am, after 5pm or at the weekend/holidays and you may be referred back to the class teacher if you have not discussed with them first.

Mrs Brownlie (Depute Head Teacher) has pastoral responsibility for the Nursery, Primary 1a, Primary 1b, Primary 2, and Primary 3/2.

Mrs Lamont (Acting Principal Teacher) has pastoral responsibility for Primary 3, Primary 4/3, Primary 4, Primary 5/4 and Primary 6/5.

Mrs Cole (Principal Teacher) has pastoral responsibility for Primary 5, Primary 6, Primary 7a and Primary 7b. (Monday – Thursday working days)
