Happy New Year and welcome back to a new way of learning to kick start 2021. As outlined by the First Minister, next week we begin another period of remote learning; with Kirkshaws staff teaching and supporting our pupils as they work at home. All school staff have spent this week planning, to ensure we have a full range of learning experiences ready to share with you, starting on Monday
Following the First Minister’s announcement on the evening of Saturday 19th December, we now know that our return to school will not go ahead as planned on 6th January. At the moment it looks as though staff will be returning to work on 6th January, with childcare provided in school for Key Workers’ families. All other children remain on holiday until 11th January. Online learning will begin on Monday 11th

CHRISTMAS PARTIES…WITH A DIFFERENCE As you know, none of us can attend a traditional Christmas Party this year, and the same applies in school and nursery.
