January 2021 – Update
Following the First Minister’s announcement on the evening of Saturday 19th December, we now know that our return to school will not go ahead as planned on 6th January.
At the moment it looks as though staff will be returning to work on 6th January, with childcare provided in school for Key Workers’ families. All other children remain on holiday until 11th January. Online learning will begin on Monday 11th Jan and run until at least Friday 15th Jan. Once again the children of Key Workers and vulnerable families will be offered the opportunity to work in school that week. There has been no specific reference to Early Years as yet.
We fully expect further guidance to be issued in the coming days and we will update you with our plans as soon as we can.
