If you wish to apply for a place at Kirkshaws Nursery, the application can be completed and sent directly to us. The following link will take you directly to the electronic form. It should be downloaded, completed and emailed to us along with a photo attachment of your child’s birth certificate and a recent Council Tax bill. ELC Application form 3-5yr 2025-2026
Emails with attachments should be sent to ‘enquiries-at-kirkshaws@northlan.org.uk’ and please use ‘Nursery Application’ in the subject header.
Alternatively, you can request a paper copy of the form from the school office and bring original copies of Council Tax and birth certificate and we will copy these.
Returning children do not need to reapply unless they want to change their establishment.
The deadline for applications is Friday 21st February 2025.
