The Week Ahead ~ 29 Oct – 2 Nov

Week 2 menu this week. Remember it is a new menu, so it will be worth reading over the options with your child to ensure they choose something they will enjoy.
Monday Disco tickets will be on sale once again this morning.

The P.7 Shop will open for business today!!

We look forward to welcoming a teaching student to the nursery.  Miss Hay will be working in our nursery until 23rd November.

Our School Magazine working group will meet for the first time at lunchtime today.  The successful applicants were informed on Friday.  Contact Miss McIntyre if you need more information.

The Hub Club meets once again after school today.  Martin Bell will be in the Literacy Hub from 2.30pm to meet with any parents who want to make use of the Lending Library or would like his help or advice.

At 3pm P.5-7 Cross Country and P.2-4 ICT Club both meet.

Tuesday We have an S6 pupil working alongside some class teachers over the next few weeks.  We look forward to learning from each other as we develop these school partnerships.

We have another match to play in the Football Friendship League after school today.  Good luck team!

Fundraisers’ Disco Night!!

Wednesday Nursery parties both morning and afternoon today.

Playground gates will be closed, but unlocked, over lunchtime to allow pupils access home for lunch if they want to dress up for the afternoon Fancy Dress Parade. Remember to leave and return from your usual playgrounds (not the front door). Pupils will not be dismissed at 12pm unless an adult is in the playground to pick them up.  All others can go home to change at 12.15pm if you wish (refer to letter issued last week).

Thursday RRSA Meeting planned for this morning.

Toni and her Green Gang continue to work on our outdoor environment.

3pm – Netball and Archery (Group 2)

Friday Celebration Assembly – with a focus on our Star Writers this week.
All Flu Vaccination forms should have been returned but, if you have forgotten, it is not too late to hand it in to the school office this week.
