Another busy week behind us, with challenges and problems faced…but team work and solutions found! We are continually looking to develop our Core Values of Respect, Friendship, Trust, Honesty and Resilience in school. Of these, Resilience is probably one of the hardest to ‘teach’. In Kirkshaws we do not expect everyone to get everything right first time. As our wall display says: Mistakes in our school are EXPECTED, RESPECTED, INSPECTED
