P6 were lucky to benefit from a drama taster session from NLC. All children absolutely loved the experience. Just look at those happy faces! The children have been given permission slips with further details for anyone who would like to join.

P6 took their learning outdoors this week as part of their science topic, exploring wind speed in different areas around the school. Using anemometers, the pupils measured and compared wind speed, discussing how surroundings such as buildings, trees, and open spaces can affect the results.

Through this hands-on investigation, pupils developed key META-skills, including focus, teamwork, and collaboration. Working together to collect data, share ideas, and draw conclusions helped deepen their understanding of science while building essential skills for learning and life.
