Homework wk beg 26th August ’24
Homework will be provided on Monday and completed tasks should brought to school on Friday. Some tasks may be online links to help with consolidation of concepts taught that week in school.
We have now started our Spelling programme and this will be the focus of this weeks homework tasks.

- Ask an adult to give you a spelling test with your phoneme family words.
- Choose 5 words and write sentences with them. Remember to include capital letter, finger spaces, joining words and full stops.
Green
Phoneme sound – kn (knee, know, kneel)
Common words – under, were, thing, know
- Read reading books aloud with an adult.
- Write common words 3 times.
- Be a text detective – Find your phoneme sound ‘kn’ in books at home and write them down.
