No pupils can have access to the bus unless they have a successful application for the free transport. Please ensure you have this in place prior to needing the transport. Prospective new parents who think they are entitled to free transport should complete this form as soon as they know they have a place in Chryston Primary.
If you wish the school to administer medication, it can be done if the following form is completed in advance –
No medicine can be administered prior to from being completed. Please feel free to come into the office and speak to the staff about any new medical needs.
Please note, we are a nut free school due to allergies.
