Summer Trip
On the 25th June the whole school had a great day trip to Blairdrummond Safari Park.
The children all had a great time as did the parent helpers and myself. We have lots of photographs to show you what a great time we had.
Indian Food Tasting
The children were all excited to taste the food we had been learning about so we had an Indian banquet.
We recorded what we thought about the different foods as we tasted them.
St. Serf’s Commonwealth Run
The whole school took to Rawyards park this morning to take part in our sponsored run. All of Primary 3/4 managed at least five times round the track, that’s two kilometers, and some did not stop until it was time to come back to school. Well done Primary 3/4.
Hamish
Hamish paid a visit to Spain during the long weekend. He even had time to visit some banks to find out about money in Spain because the boys and girls are learning about money in school.
Tesco Visit
We all went to Tesco to find out about where our food comes from. The boys and girls had a great time and would like to thank all the staff who made their visit so interesting and educational. We looked at all the produce, the fish, deli and bakery counters, and we even got to see behind the scenes.
Talent Show
Primary 3/4 have some very talanted girls who put on a great performance at the talent show.
World Book Day
Everyone one had great fun dressing up as their favourite characters. We listened to lots of stories too. It was an amazing day.
PAThS
We have been learning about the ways our body language changes depending on how we are feeling. We went outside to try happy and sad walking. The children saw that you don’t just look a a persons face when you want to know how they  are feeling.

Hamish
Hamish enjoyed his visit with Caitlyn. Some friends came to visit and he even got to go to Caitlyn’s birthday party. I don’t think he got her a present though.
