New Head Teacher Appointment

The school is delighted to announce that Miss Alison Sommerville has been appointed the new Head Teacher and will take up her post in August 2017. This week, Miss Sommerville visited the school to meet pupils and staff. We look forward to welcoming Miss Sommerville in August.

Viewpark Gala Day

We would like to remind you that this Saturday 17th of June is our local Viewpark Gala Day. This year the Royal Party has been chosen from our school. P2 Outdoor Learning

The boys and girls in P2 have been revising their 2D and 3D shapes. They have enjoyed searching the school grounds looking for shapes. They found lots! They have also been using 2D shapes to make repeat patterns in class.

Primary 1 Science

Primary 1 have been enjoying learning all about forces in our new science topic. We have been learning about push and pull. Some children brought in toys from home which need a push or a pull force to move. They enjoyed sharing them with the rest of the class.
