P7 Leavers Assembly

Primary 7 and Mrs White decided to do things a bit differently this year and had their own special assembly which we were all invited along to see. It was lovely to hear about what their dreams are for thirty years from now, and they entertained us with two special songs. They also presented some of the staff with awards!

P2 have butterflies! 🐛➡️🦋

Primary 2 arrived into school for a wonderful surprise. We had 5 butterflies who have emerged from their chrysalises overnight! 🦋🦋 We were very lucky to see two more emerge during the day! What a wonderful experience it has been for the children. Lets hope the final three emerge before our holiday weekend 🤞. Photos by Theo (ICT expert)

P1/2 Learning Outdoors in the Sunshine

Primary 1/2 enjoyed taking our numeracy and maths outside into the sunshine. The children investigated the volume of different containers and discussed which containers held more, less and the same.  The children also used meter stick to measure the length of different items in the playground to find the longest and shortest items.

P3 Healthy Eating

Primary 3 thoroughly enjoyed making fruit kebabs yesterday as part of their Health and Well-Being. They used the bridge technique to cut the banana and strawberries. We have been learning about the different foods that you need to eat as part of a healthy diet, including not five but seven pieces of fruit and vegetables every day!
