P5 Easter Bonnets

P5 had a very busy week. They worked in small groups to design, resource and make Easter Bonnets. Their success criteria for the task was to work cooperatively in their groups and make sure they all took an equal part in the design and in making the bonnet. The children worked very hard and put together some marvellous creations!!! Fantastic work P5 😀👍🎩🐤🐣🐥🦋🐰

Aitkenhead celebrates ‘International Day of Happiness’

P5 Matching, Mirroring and In Canon

This morning P5 started a new gymnastics block in P.E. They worked with a partner to match and mirror each other’s actions and movements. They then worked in small groups to perform movements in canon ~ one at a time. Next week they will progress to using these 3 techniques on the apparatus. Great work P5!

Hope – Takeaway Productions Workshop (P4-7)

P4-7 participated in a drama workshop this afternoon delivered by Takeaway Productions. Pupils enjoyed watching a very important production about the concept of bullying and then took part in a workshop afterwards to discuss the content and think about how the story ends. P5 3D Mosques
