We were delighted to hear that we have been awarded grant funding of £3550 to establish a community plot.  This money will allow us to have two raised beds for vegetables and 10 fruit trees.  We will also have a green house for growing seeds.  We are looking forward to working with Greenside Nursery Newhouse, our business partner, to get our project up and running.  Hopefully we will soon be in a position to be growing, harvesting, trading and selling our own home grown produce!  We will be grateful for any offers of help and support in building and looking after our new garden!

Congratulations to Josh Brennan P2 and Aaron Felth P6 who took part in charity fun runs at the weekend.  It is great to seeing them using their talents to help others.
