Safer Shores is a long-standing, multi-agency partnership led by the police designed to help everyone enjoy Ayrshire’s coastline safely and respectfully during periods of high demand.

When warm weather, public holidays or school breaks bring large numbers of people to the beach, Safer Shores partners coordinate activity to keep visitors safe, minimise disruption for residents, and support emergency services.
