Working Together- Resolving Concerns

All schools across Inverclyde have been asked to share this information with families.

 

At Wemyss Bay Primary School and Nursery Class we value positive and open relationships. From time to time situations arise that haven’t gone as any of us would have like.  We are always keen to ensure that parents are aware of how we would prefer to handle these situations.

 

Our initial hope is that we can resolve matters swiftly, fairly and in partnership with you. In the first instance, and where appropriate, we would ask that you contact the member of staff concerned. However, there may be occasions when the matter needs to be drawn to the attention of Mrs Kaur (Acting Depute Head Teacher). Please get in touch with them via the main office on 01475 715976 or office@wemyssbay.inverclyde.sch.uk Where appropriate we may then arrange a meeting with your child’s class teacher so the matter can be explored and resolved quickly.

 

If your concern remains unresolved, please get in touch with Miss Morris (Acting Head Teacher) directly via the office details above.
